Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to website ticket purchases, guest access purchases, reserved seating, VIP tables, and related event payments made through YOU UP Grown Folks.
Tickets
All ticket sales are generally final once an order is submitted. Tickets may only be refunded when an event is canceled and not rescheduled, when a material date or venue change is made by the organizer and no suitable alternative is offered, when duplicate charges are confirmed, or when a refund is otherwise required by law.
Reserved Seating And Table Deposits
Reserved seating requests, VIP table reservations, and table deposits are used to hold limited inventory and operational capacity. For that reason, table deposits and reserved seating payments are generally non-refundable once confirmed. If the event is canceled and no comparable rescheduled date is offered, confirmed table-related payments may be refunded at the organizer’s discretion or as required by law.
Transfer And Credit Requests
If you cannot attend, you may contact us before the event to ask whether a transfer, event credit, or name change can be accommodated. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on venue policy, timing, fraud review, seating availability, or ticketing restrictions tied to the event.
Chargebacks And Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact us so we can review the order. We may request order details, purchaser information, and the reason for the request. Unauthorized or abusive chargeback activity may lead to ticket cancellation, reservation cancellation, or restrictions on future purchases.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment processor and card issuer, and it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears on your statement.
